SPINNphr will provide unlimited telephone support ("Telephone Support Service") from 08:00am EST to 11:00pm EST M-F ("Telephone Support Hours"). Email support is available 24 hrs per day. Report of Malfunction. With respect to a report of any Malfunction, person making such a report will describe to the Telephone Support Service staff the Malfunction in reasonable detail and the circumstances under which the Malfunction occurred or is occurring.
